If you review the sample of our investments made to date you can see that we are consistent in our focus, we don’t normally invest in single family residential homes, office parks, or self-storage unless we find a special opportunity. We remain focused on what we know, what has returned a good profit, has consistent cash flow, and that is multifamily apartment communities. We do not buy duplexes or 10-unit apartment buildings, we don’t buy oceanfront properties for a premium, or downtown skyscrapers. We are focused on value-add B and C properties that we can improve, raise rents, upgrade the tenant base, and benefit from great management and value-add strategies that you can only learn from years of experience.
